Database consolidation study
To assess the feasibility of consolidating several SQL Server instances on a single machine that already contains dozens of databases, an audit mission of MSSQL servers and instances was conducted. The objective is to rationalize SQL license costs and simplify maintenance.
Metadata analysis to prepare ODI compliance
Before an Oracle compliance on ODI v10 software, the objective was to study the compliance of flow usage with respect to licenses contracted with the publisher. This study was also part of the overall architecture study for the version upgrade to ODI 11

How does a performance audit work?
A performance audit begins with a short scoping phase to understand the key issues, context, and priorities. Monitoring probes are then deployed to collect the required data over a period of 1 to 2 weeks. The collected data is then analyzed to identify the main areas requiring attention. An initial findings report is shared to present the first observations, while Quick Wins may be proposed and implemented during the audit. The audit concludes with the preparation of a detailed report, followed by a debriefing session to present the conclusions, recommendations, and priority actions.

We offer both models depending on your needs. Time & materials is ideal for continuous and flexible expertise needs. Fixed-price is better suited for well-defined projects (audits, POCs, specific developments). We can also propose hybrid commitments.
